We want you to feel confident and supported when you join any of Naturally Captive's courses. If you decide the course isn’t the right fit for you, we offer a 14-day refund policy with the following conditions:
Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

You have not completed more than 20% of the course content, and

You can show that you attempted to use the material (for example, by watching lessons, starting the workbook, or engaging in the content).
This helps ensure the policy is fair and prevents misuse, while still supporting genuine students.

Refund Outcomes

Non-Refundable Situations
